Herbal Bath



Herbal bath improves work of all body systems, relaxes and calms nervous system, removes weariness and irritation, reduces pain. A bath is a pleasure which is available practically to everyone. And next time you take a bath combine pleasure with usefulness making some simple exercises, directed to strengthening of muscles.



Vitamin herbal bath: combine dry leaves of: sea buckthorn, birch, cherry, mountain ash and hawthorn-1 tbsp of each. Put all the mix in 2 L of boiling water and boil for 10-15 min at low heat. Steep for 2-3 hours and add to the bath water. This bath nourishes skin.

Lemon bath: 1 thinly cut lemon cover with warm water and let stand for 2-3 hours. Add everything to bath water. The bath relaxes, reduces stress and soothes nerves.

Orange bath: provides the same effect. Dried and powdered peels of 2 oranges mix with 2 tbsp of olive oil and add to bath water.

Coniferous bath: reduces stress and soothes nerves. 1 kg of pine needle, buds and bark boil, covered, in 3-4 L of water for 10 min, steep for 4 hours, filter and add to the bath water. Time of the bath is 15-20 min.

Herbal bath for oily, pimpled skin: combine 50 g of linden flowers, 50 g of origanum grass, 35 g of St. John’s wort grass, 25 g of chamomile flowers and 25 g of juniper needle. Boil everything in 2 L of water for 10-15 min, steep for 40 min, filter and add to bath water.

Herbal bath for dry skin: boil 100 g of chamomile flowers and 100 g of toadflax grass in 2 L of water for 10 min, steep for 30-40 min, filter and add to bath water.

Herbal bath to nourish a skin and improve its quality: 250 g of Gnaphalium grass boil in 2 L of water for 15 min, steep for 45 min, filter and add to bath water.

Valerian bath: has soothing and relaxing effect. 500 g of valerian root boil in 2 L of water for 20 min, steep for 4-6 hours and add to the bath water.

Bath oil-soothing skin softener: combine 1 cup of honey,2 cups of milk, 1 cup of sea salt,1/4 cup of baking soda and stir well. Draw a bath and add the mixture to the water. Finally add ½ cup of baby oil, mix well and enjoy.

Bath salts to revitalize tired muscles: Combine 1 cup of sea salt, 1 cup of baking soda and 1 cup of inexpensive shampoo. Add the mix to the bath water and swirl to spread out the bubbles.

Herbal baths with stimulating effect:

Combine equal parts of: birch buds and leaves, nettle grass, cinquefoil grass, burdock leaves and roots, dandelion whole and marigold grass. Boil 250-300 g of the mix in 2 L of water, steep for 45 min, filter and add to your bath.

Mix together equal parts of chamomile grass, knotweed grass, horsetail grass, valerian roots and thyme grass. The method of preparation as explained above.
