Hand Care

Add salt and lemon juice to warm water. Soak hands for 30 min 1-2 times a week.

Mix well 25 g of almond oil, 25 g of honey, 1 raw egg yolk and juice of 1 lemon. Smear on hands and wear knit gloves. Keep for 3-4 hours.

Cuticles -softens cuticles and cures hangnails. Combine 3 tbsp of paraffin, ½ cup of mineral oil and 1 tbsp of coconut oil in double boiler and slowly heat till all ingredients are blended. Add 1 tbsp of glycerin, remove from the heat and let cool. You can apply the remedy directly to the cuticles with cotton balls or soak fingertips in the cream for about 5 min. Keep it in fridge.

Combine 1 cup of baby oil and ½ cup of lemon juice. Warm the mixture up slightly and soak your fingers in it for about 5 min.

Hand treatment to moisturize and soften chapped hands. First combine 3 tbsp of almond meal, 2 tbsp of dried comfrey root and 1tbsp of chopped parsley. Mix 1egg, 1tbsp of honey and 1tbsp of glycerin in another bowl and add 3 tbsp of almond mixture. Dip your hands in and keep for 30 min, gently massaging them. Wash off with warm water.

Hand care night cream: Take 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tsp of finely crushed oats and 1 raw egg yolk. Mix together, smear on hands and wear gloves. Keep overnight.

Rub petroleum jelly onto your hands, put on cotton gloves and leave overnight.
