Griping tightly to the edges of the bathtub, press your feet against the bottom then lift up your body, then lower it and relax. Repeat 5-7 times.

Sitting down straight, lift your hands up and bend slightly back, then straighten up. Start with 3-4 times and gradually increase up to 7-8 times.

Lift up your chin and put your hands before chest, connecting the tips of your fingers. Keep elbows horizontally at a chest level and then press your palms together as tight as possible. Hold this for 15 seconds and then relax. Repeat 7-8 times. This exercise strengthens the chest muscles.

Sitting in a bathtub turn your head to the right and look back over your shoulder. Do the same exercise to the left. Repeat 5-7 times.
